We claimed and fully optimized the Google Business Profile, adding 60+ photos, a complete services menu with pricing, FAQs, and a review generation strategy that collected 90+ new 5-star reviews within 6 months. We built out citations across dental-specific directories (RateMDs, Opencare, 1-800-Dentist Canada), cleaned inconsistent NAP data across 30+ directories, and created neighbourhood service pages targeting every major GTA community within the practice's draw area.

We launched targeted Google Ads campaigns focused exclusively on high-value, high-margin procedures — dental implants, Invisalign, and emergency dental care — where the lifetime patient value justified premium cost-per-click. Ads were designed with specific copy addressing common objections (pain, cost, anxiety) and directed to procedure-specific landing pages with patient testimonials, before/after imagery, and friction-free booking. Average cost-per-lead from paid campaigns was reduced 45% over 6 months through continuous optimization.

Trust & Reputation Architecture

We knew that dental patients make decisions based on trust. We created a comprehensive trust-building layer across all digital touchpoints: team bio pages with professional photos and qualifications, patient video testimonials on service pages, a transparent pricing guide, before/after gallery, and a detailed FAQ addressing every common concern.
