Our Approach

How we built the result.

Multi-Profile GBP Architecture

We created and fully optimized four separate Google Business Profiles — one per location — with location-specific service menus, descriptions, and photo galleries. We established separate review acquisition funnels for each location and built a centralized reporting dashboard so the client could monitor all four profiles in one place. Each GBP was configured with service categories, appointment links, and accessibility attributes relevant to the local patient population.

Location-Specific Citation Networks

We built distinct citation networks for each location, submitting to national directories, Ontario-specific healthcare directories, and hyper-local neighbourhood business directories for each service area. Particular attention was paid to healthcare-specific platforms — RateMDs, Healthgrades Canada, and provincial professional association directories — which carry outsized authority signals for medical practices.

Geo-Targeted Landing Pages

We built dedicated location pages for each clinic with unique content covering the local neighbourhood, transit access, parking, nearby landmarks, and specific services available at that location. We also created condition-specific pages (e.g., "physiotherapy for back pain Oakville") combining service type with geographic targeting. These pages now rank on page one for 60+ location-service combinations across the four markets.

Geo-Fenced Paid & Social Campaigns

We ran geo-fenced Google Ads campaigns targeting a 5km radius around each clinic, showing ads only to searchers physically within the service area. On social media, we ran awareness campaigns on Meta targeting local demographics with health and wellness interests. Monthly social content for each location kept profiles active and engaged local patient communities. The combination of paid and organic drove 200+ new patient bookings per month across all four locations.
