Conversion-Focused Website Redesign
We redesigned the firm's website from scratch on a modern tech stack, prioritizing page speed, mobile responsiveness, and conversion architecture. The new site loaded in under 1.8 seconds, featured dedicated pages for all seven service lines, integrated an online appointment booking system, and showcased team credentials and client testimonials with social proof throughout. We implemented Schema markup for LocalBusiness, ProfessionalService, and FAQ to enhance search appearance.
Service and Location Page Buildout
We created 30+ optimized pages targeting every combination of service type and geographic area relevant to the firm's client base — from "business tax accountant Toronto" to "financial planner North York." Each page was built around primary and secondary keyword targets identified through research, featured unique content of 600-1,000 words, and included conversion elements (CTA, contact form, trust signals) above the fold.
Authority Content Strategy
We launched a monthly content programme producing 4 in-depth guides per month targeting high-traffic informational keywords relevant to the firm's ideal client — small business owners and high-income individuals. Content included tax planning guides, financial literacy resources, and regulatory update commentary. This content established the firm as a topical authority and generated 40% of all organic leads through organic search in month 6.
Conversion Tracking & Optimisation
We implemented full-funnel conversion tracking across all touchpoints — form submissions, phone calls, chatbot interactions, and appointment bookings. This data allowed us to identify the highest-converting entry pages and double down on content in those topic areas. We also ran monthly landing page tests, improving the contact form conversion rate from 2.1% to 6.8% over the 6-month period.
